Registration fee to the forum will be as following.

Registration Process
- Step 1. Check the registration policy in the page
- Step 2. Fill up the registration form and click “Complete”
- Step 3. If you choose the “Payment by Credit card”, please finish the process according to the payment module.If you Choose the “Bank Transfer”, please complete the transfer within in Seven days.
- Step 4. Click the button “Payment Status” to confirm "Confirmed" or not ("Not Confirmed").(The “Payment by Credit card” can be confirmed within 3 days, and the “Bank transfer” can be confirmed within 10 days after the transfer is completed.)

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the participants need to cancel the registration due to an unavoidable circumstance. They must notify cancellation as documented material. If cancellation before 31 May, 2019, 80% of the fee shall be refunded within 30 days. Cancellations after 1 June, 2019, is not refundable.
